Jeremy Highlander is the Senior/Lead Pastor of NorthPointe Baptist Church. Pastor Jeremy and his wife Kristi have three children: Jesse, Lydia, and Charles. Pastor Jeremy was born in Sandusky, Ohio and graduated from Margaretta High School in Castalia, Ohio. Yielding to the call of full-time ministry, Pastor Jeremy attended Liberty University where he received a B.S. in Religion specializing in Christian Counseling and Business. He continued his education at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where he was awarded a Master of Divinity (M.Div.). Pastor Jeremy is currently a doctoral candidate (D.Min.) at Liberty University School of Divinity where he is researching the impact of expository preaching and its impact on a Christian's understanding of the disciple process.
After serving in many different ministry and pastoral positions in Ohio and Pennsylvania, he accepted the call as the Associate Pastor at NorthPointe in September of 2016 and transitioned into senior pastorate in June of 2020. Pastor Jeremy and his wife Kristi are passionate about making disciples who make disciples.
